I absolutely love Pueblo Coffee and have visited both locations in Utah County. I especially love their breakfast burritos with their amazing sauce and iced vanilla lattes. I've always received wonderful service and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Great place to come to hang out with a friend.
Amazing food!!!
The food was great and the staff super friendly. Had the chorizo breakfast burrito. Good but the in house sauce was amazing. Cold coffee made just right. Will be back.

Pueblo Cafe is a great spot that is always clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the environment is nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, with Cheli, Cam, Cameron, and Abby described as incredibly sweet, chatty, and genuinely welcoming. Their service makes the visit memorable. The menu is full of great options for both food and coffee. The coffee is delicious, with a cold brew coffee that is smooth, bold, and not overly bitter. A latte has a perfect espresso flavor with a creamy texture and great balance. The monthly drinks are always yummy, and this is the only place that does vanilla bean powder. The food is hit or miss. It is a great place to grab coffee, catch up with friends, or get some work done.
