Great China Restaurant offers possibly the best Chinese buffet for the price, with delicious food at an affordable price. Though the selection is not as big as other buffets, it is close to half the price, and everyone gets the same 4-5 items anyhow. The food is very good, and the lunch buffet is excellent. Specific meals mentioned include pan fried noodle with an immaculate texture, General Tso chicken, Lo Mein, lemon chicken, chicken in a black bean sauce, and crispy egg rolls. Soups are also enjoyable. Service can be lacking at a busy takeout hour, but dining in typically brings food within 10 minutes. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. It is not fancy, but it is the closest to authentic Chinese in Utah county. Regulars have been doing pick up for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience, with one customer visiting for more than twenty years.
