About Auntie Anne's - University Place Mall - Orem

Auntie Anne's - University Place Mall offers a variety of pretzels that many customers enjoy. The salted pretzels, especially with cheese dipping sauce, and the cinnamon sugar pretzels are popular choices, known for being soft and served warm. The service is generally quick, with some staff members receiving praise for their friendly and accommodating nature, particularly one employee who is often highlighted for her excellent customer service and willingness to make fresh pretzel bites to order. However, there have been occasional issues, such as incorrect orders and payment problems. One customer reported a negative experience regarding a birthday promotion, citing a rude interaction. While the majority love the snacks here, there are mixed reviews about the cheese dipping sauce quality. Overall, Auntie Anne's remains a favorite spot for pretzel lovers, especially after movies or activities in the area.
