Love their burgers, service wasn’t quite there. I walked in and stood Where are you order and listens to them. I’ll chat for about 30 seconds before they realized I was even there. I have nothing against high schoolers hustling, but think having an adult manager or supervisor there would’ve elevated it so sure

This place would be great, but for one. On my child's burger we asked for regular pickles and then they added sweet pickles. It was gross... then, we ordered two garlic burgers. One with tomatoes and lettuce and one without. When the food arrived they both didn't have lettuce or tomatoes. So, we sent one back saying we needed lettuce and tomatoes. They sent it back out again without the lettuce and tomatoes. So I had to walk up and ask for some lettuce and tomatoes to be handed to me so I could put them on the burger. I don't know why they would put sweet pickles on a burger along with regular pickles. It was weird. For the price we paid, we could have gone somewhere else.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not super kid friendly food wise. The burger was terrible, and my daughter complained that the fries were spicy.

Their service and quality has gone downhill. No longer worried about customer service but typically they are closing down 30-45 minutes early, not answering the phone within an hour of closing and if ordering takeout the side orders of fries come with about 10 fries in them. Was good when they first opened. I hope they get back to that one day.

My wife had a Garlic Burger with Sweet Potato fries. I had a Cobb Salad with a BBQ Bacon Burger(no bun) lettuce wrap! We both thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere but the food was 10x better than we thought. Her words “it has been a long time since we’ve had a good Burger,” I agreed and we will definitely be back.
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat when it opened up. The cleanliness has really fallen. I wouldn't eat here again due to cleanliness alone.
