I usually LOVE their chocolate peanut butter shakes. I also usually go to the Provo location. However, since I was craving a chocolate peanut butter shake and I was in the area, I decided to go and get one. However, when what I received tasted nothing like what I’ve gotten in the past. The peanut butter was incorporated into the shake. So there were clumps of peanut butter throughout. And the chocolate didn’t taste right either. It was the worst chocolate peanut butter shake I’ve ever had. I was very disappointed.

Despite being super busy we got our food quick and it tasted delicious! The employees were great and catered to our requests. It was a great time. The bathrooms could use some attention, especially the women’s, but overall it was great!

Took my adult kids here for lunch and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had the pastrami burger, barbecue burger, kids burger, and chicken club. Also ordered the 50/50 fries--both regular and sweet potato were good! Wish the prices were a little cheaper and service a little faster, but overall a good experience.

I love Chom Burger's unique burgers and sides. My two favorite burgers are the green chili avocado burger and the garlic burger. I love that they toast their buns which few burger joints do. Most burger joints are boring with cookie cutter offerings; Chom Burger is different. I also really like their sweet potato fries which are unique to Chom Burger. When I want something different from your typical burger joint I go to Chom Burger. Their prices are a bit high but not unreasonable compared to other upper end burger joints. The atmosphere could be improved with decorations making it feel a bit more upscale. They have several TVs but not much else. The service is generally good with a friendly staff. You will have to wait a bit for your food as they make it all to order and fresh (which I appreciate). I recommend it if you want to try something unique and delicious.

Delicious food. Terrible customer service. Called to ask about holiday hours for next week. Nobody knew. An employee said to call back in ten minutes to ask the manager. I called and asked again and they continued to say “I think…” instead of being problem solvers and finding the answer. Please train your employees better on information that should not be hard to answer and have more solution focused responses like, “I don’t know so let me find out for ya.” An employee hung up the phone on us. Called back and he hung up on us again. Very unprofessional and what a sad start to a new opening. Can someone respond with what those holiday hours are? For the 24th next week?

I came in 20 minutes before close which I totally understand is frustrating as someone who has worked in the food industry before. I asked if it was alright if I placed an order cause I knew you the store was closing soon and 2 of your employees said no and a 3rd chimed in and said yes. The whole time they were making my order I could hear them talking smack and bickering about me. I was severely disappointed because I love the food here. To be treated so poorly felt extremely disrespectful as I had also tipped the staff extra for coming in so late. I really hope the store can train their employees better or get rid of the ones who are holding the store back.

We were pretty disappointed by our most recent visit to Chom.
1. We did a pickup order, got an email that said our order would be ready at a specific time or that we would get an email saying that it was ready. Our order status stayed as “in process” so we went in at the listed time. Turns out the food had been ready for a long time and was completely cold. Limp, soggy cold fries and a moist, cold burger :’(
2. They got our order wrong, making a mistake that meant I couldn’t eat the item I ordered.
3. Their rule regarding buying a standalone patty is difficult. They require you to pay the price of a burger, so getting a plain single patty for my kid cost $10. Imo this makes it really difficult as a family with young children to go here. I feel like there has to be more customer-friendly, reasonably-priced ways to allow for the purchase of single patties.
4. The food was very flavorless and oily this time. It wasn’t like this the last time we came in, so I’m assuming it was just not a great night. We left feeling so terrible and with our stomachs feeling not great at all.
Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning to CHOM.
