Overpriced. The staff is nice but they seem to always only have one or two working. They wear the same gloves for everything, (taking orders, making cookies, pulling hair out of their face, moving stuff around, boxing cookies for orders, etc) and it's a bit gross. Gloves do not equal clean. The last time I came to this location was a long time ago and it had the same issues. Sad, because they're yummy.
The Crumbl in American Fork was great! I was greeted with a smile and the young man who helped me seemed to know his business even though I learned it was only his second day on the job!
