I get Cupbop a lot, and most of the time I don’t have any issues. I usually don’t leave reviews unless something happens repeatedly — and at this point, it has.

I’ve included two pictures to show what happened with my most recent order. I paid for extra meat on one of my bowls, (the one a little more mixed up) but the “extra meat” bowl actually had less meat than the regular one. You can compare the photos yourself.

I really do enjoy Cupbop, which is why I keep coming back, but it’s frustrating to pay for something extra and receive the opposite. I’m hoping this is something they can tighten up moving forward.

my boyfriend went in to place a to go order tonight 1/13 about 20 minutes before close & received the worst attitude from the teenage girl working there his entire time ordering. i understand it can be annoying when people come in close to closing time but not only was there still plenty of time, he wasn’t eating inside or taking more than a minute of her time to place his order & leave. dont chose to work a closing shift then have an attitude with customers who come in while the store is still open.
then when we got home he opened his mandoo to find then completely drenched & soggy in sauce, when he just asked for a sauce cup on the side to dip them in. this completely ruined them as they are supposed to be crunchy but were completely soggy & quite frankly overwhelming to eat. even after separating them in hopes to make them tolerable the entire container was still full of sauce. definitely sticking to the cedar hills location from now on!

I love cupbop at it's best, but I've tried this location 3 times now, and it's been inconsistent. I unfortunately have always had at least one or two parts of my cup be stale and cold. For example, last time I had the rock bop and krunch bop, and the krunch was fresh and delicious, but the rock bop was hard and stale. The rice was also a little stale. I'll probably go again because it's close and has such high potential, but the other locations have been better to me.

UPDATE:
I previously wrote my review a few years ago, but since then, I have had poor experiences at this location. The food is still delicious, but I will no longer be coming to this store based on my experience.
This is the third time we’ve placed a pickup order and received the wrong order. We normally try to check our order before leaving, one of the three times they messed up the order we caught it before we left the store. But the other two times it wasn’t until we got home that we noticed the orders were wrong. This time they gave us the wrong spice level, and didn’t do extra sauce (I included a photo of the order we got vs the receipt of what we ordered). The time before they gave us a completely wrong order with different proteins than we ordered and different spice levels. Each time we ask for them to make it sloppy (extra sauce) it doesn’t seem they do it because it is always consistently pretty dry. This is quite disappointing, because we don’t have the time to leave the house and drive back to have them fix our order because then it will be cold.
I love Cupbop, but I will go to the Cedar Hills location before I come to this location.
In person eating may not be an issue because you can make sure they fix your order, but I do NOT recommend ordering pickup from this one. Normally I wouldn’t update a review, but getting the wrong order 3 times within the last year (easy orders of only 2 bowls), I think it is safe to say this location struggles to get orders correct.

We love coming to CupBop. I’ve been coming since they were just a food truck and their quality has stayed the same amazing level. My favorite bowl to get is the Rock Bop but everything I’ve tried is so good!
