Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

UPDATE:
I previously wrote my review a few years ago, but since then, I have had poor experiences at this location. The food is still delicious, but I will no longer be coming to this store based on my experience.
This is the third time we’ve placed a pickup order and received the wrong order. We normally try to check our order before leaving, one of the three times they messed up the order we caught it before we left the store. But the other two times it wasn’t until we got home that we noticed the orders were wrong. This time they gave us the wrong spice level, and didn’t do extra sauce (I included a photo of the order we got vs the receipt of what we ordered). The time before they gave us a completely wrong order with different proteins than we ordered and different spice levels. Each time we ask for them to make it sloppy (extra sauce) it doesn’t seem they do it because it is always consistently pretty dry. This is quite disappointing, because we don’t have the time to leave the house and drive back to have them fix our order because then it will be cold.
I love Cupbop, but I will go to the Cedar Hills location before I come to this location.
In person eating may not be an issue because you can make sure they fix your order, but I do NOT recommend ordering pickup from this one. Normally I wouldn’t update a review, but getting the wrong order 3 times within the last year (easy orders of only 2 bowls), I think it is safe to say this location struggles to get orders correct.

We love coming to CupBop. I’ve been coming since they were just a food truck and their quality has stayed the same amazing level. My favorite bowl to get is the Rock Bop but everything I’ve tried is so good!

I got home and the food had no cabbage. If you have no cabbage you should close the place, since it is one of the basis of your meals. I just bought 3 rock bops and spend 44 dollars and none of is were happy. Not coming back!

We've had cupbop many times and love it. We just came here to say that Maayy gave us a great experience and took care of every special request we had. Thanks for being awesome!

You're not going there for the ambiance and cocktails. You're going for some of the best Korean fast food that you've been missing out on, and you won't be disappointed.

We went in after having ordered 3 cup bops online. All 3 sloppy. Then we got there and asked “yo did you make it sloppy?” Then the big lady at the desk said “if you put it on there we did it”. Aight bro we checked when we got there and lo and behold there was no sauce. Trash service. Never order from this restaurant again

They ran out of cabbage, the food had been sitting for hours on their make line, my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. Would not recommend.
