I'm never going to the digital drive location ever again. This location is by far the best Five Guys I've ever eaten at. The digital drive location would consistently give us the wrong size of fries and our burgers would come out dry. Not to mention every Five Guys burger always having a faint smell of steamy gym locker. This location is the first Five Guys I've had that doesn't have that odd sweat smell when you open the wrapper.

Edited: Was contacted by 5 guys after asking on X what the next step was. They agreed that I could just come in and get my burger that was missed. And they threw in some fries for the hassle. That was nice of them but have to admit, would’ve been better to not have the missing burger in the first place.

We will be going back as this is our local 5 guys, will just make sure to check the bags before leaving.
