“We arrived late but they still accommodated us brought the food out quickly and it was awesome as usual.

We did stay and talk until closing time they did politely asked us to depart but they were very careful about it.

Great location great people great food no complaints.“

“Shon at the American Fork location was so friendly! He was hardworking but fun to talk to. The food is always great too!!!“

“The waffles and shakes were amazing. Such a good place for quick protein!“

“I loved the service I received at nautical bowls, I had different questions about the bases and protein and even their cool peanut butter machines, which they answered me and helped me find what I wanted! The food was really good too, will come again! The peanut butter protein bowl is such a good snack before a vasa session I felt very energized, and the 40 grams of protein will help haha.“

“I have used the fit meal plan previously as a boxer during my fight camp to fuel my workouts and keep my weight on track for competition. The meals are fresh, delicious, and something I knew I could trust. I recently underwent a surgery, and I’ve been using them again to recover. BEST investment. Saves me time, money, and my sanity having these meals in my fridge every week. Could not recommend them enough for whatever your goals might be.“

“These are amazing! I am gluten and dairy free—so these are perfect. Thank you Green Me for delivering ❤️! I am sipping on “Sunset Skye” right now and can’t wait to try the others this week. My younger son loves the “Pina Colada” and my older son is drinking “Roger That” while doing his distance learning. I highly recommend this company!“

“Coming from an açaí enthusiast I was very impressed with Rush Bowls, specifically the service & ingredients — Kaylee was super knowledgeable and patient as I asked a bunch of questions about the ingredients and made a customized order. Great bowls + Great service!“

“I’ve been using Gainz Train Meal Prep for about 6 months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! The meals are absolutely delicious, fresh, and taste like someone actually put time and care into making them... they are not your typical “meal prep” food.

There’s a great variety to choose from, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality and flavor of every meal I’ve tried. It has made my life so much easier to have healthy, delicious meals ready to go without having to spend the time planning, shopping, and cooking.

What I really love about Gainz Train is that it’s a small business, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they’re doing and the people they’re serving. After six months, I’m still excited to see what’s on the menu!

If you’re thinking about trying Gainz Train, DO IT! You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue being a customer! ❤️“

“My favorite restaurant. The team here is next level. The food is not cheap like fast food but it is fast and their motto is spot on. I never regret this place. I’ve noticed mental fog is non existent with this 🌎🌍🌏 food. Would be nice to have some more vegan options but there are enough for some variety.

Update: both GMs are beautiful humans, the old one and the replacement“

“I have a hard time finding clean ingredient places I can eat due to my Ulcertive Colitis. This place is AWESOME! Good food, clean food, REAL food and it's delicious!! Also, it has a fantastic environment, I love the vibe. Live green plants everywhere, good music, its was chill and comfortable. Also my kids are all picky eaters and they all found something here that they were happy with and ate all of. They even have reverse osmosis water in their drinking fountains! And their store is great as well! I 100% recommended this place and It will now be my go to eat out place.“

“I love this place so much, I just need a job here. I love there vanilla/chocolate menu. They always make a custom order for me when I don't want a syrup or extra calories. As someone who preps for bodybuilding shows, I can verify this place is prep friendly. Maybe not at the end of prep for most of us ladies. Love the peanut butter fudge flavors.“

“I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves something! I don’t know how to begin in words how much I love this place. From the quality of food to quality of customer service, easily a 10 out of 10! The employees are always quick to help and are so friendly! Now when it comes to the food, HOLY cheese bread! Delicious! They’re better than my Brazilian grandmas! Shhh. Also little weird but all the employees are low key good looking. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but they’re hella fine.“
