I was super excited to have my husband try kolaches. This specific shop was so-so. They rolls were kind of doughy. My girls enjoyed the sweet ones but I did not try them. The savory were cold when we got them and the guy working the cash register was very dry. Maybe put someone at the front who can sell your product and likes working with people. It is a little Czech bakery that has the most wonderful kolaches. When I lived in Utah, I went here almost weekly. Now, when I visit, I always make it one of my stops because they are just so darn good. I have never had anything here that I did not like, and I have tried just about all of the different kinds. Pro tip: always get at least one savory and one sweet. It is the perfect breakfast... or lunch!
