As a descendant of British miners, I am inclined to prefer all my meals wrapped in bread and baked. Hruska's kolaches has finally ended my search for the perfect comfort breakfast. Staff was incredibly kind and offered great suggestions. I ended up getting the bacon, cheese, and jalapeno and a pumpkin spice. Absolute perfection
This is a hidden gem. Weekday mornings, no waiting. Weekends can be a little busy. Probably not the best for kids who are picky eaters. But for a change from the morning breakfast burrito, this is very tasty.
I was super excited to have my husband try kolaches. This specific shop was so-so. They rolls were kind of doughy. My girls enjoyed the sweet ones but I did not try them. The savory were cold when we got them and the guy working the cash register was very dry. Maybe put someone at the front who can sell your product and likes working with people.
