I ordered a PLAIN BURGER WITH BACON twice! And both times I was given a burger with all the toppings I asked NOT to have. Seriously, one time is understandable but twice within 2 days is ridiculous.

It's good, don't get me wrong. I think I like the all American Burger the best. I just find that the hamburger is missing something. Everytime I go, I leave feeling that it lacks some sort of flavor. Maybe salt? This could be a good thing to some, but for me, I just can't make this my go-to place. That's why the 4 stars. It's not bad, but it's not great, in my opinion. For the price point, I'm wanting great.
Went and got milk shakes and they were delicious. They put the milkshakes in a bigger size cup to help with spillage as we asked, good place.Parking: Usually plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids often love the food

Food is always great! Service is poopy, it takes 30 mins in the drive thru everytime! No matter what I order it a 30-40 min wait.

You know when you're in the mood for a Flame Broiled Burger & you think about it all afternoon? Well, I had been looking forward to it, but was completely disappointed. My husband & I went through the AF drive-thru. I ordered a Hickory BBQ Bacon Burger NO MAYO!! They asked if it was due to an allergy, & I said Yes (they've NEVER asked me that before). I made a point of making sure she got it correct, she had. When I was given my order at the window, there was a separate bag with just a burger in it. So I figured they got it right, & proceeded to drive home to Cedar Hills. Upon opening my burger I found mayonnaise ALL OVER the top & bottom bun! I checked my receipt. Yes, there it was right on the receipt "NO MAYO!" Our family enjoys JCW's, but it's become a HUGE Joke every time we go... "Will they get Mom's burger right this time?" We've laughed about it through the last 20+ years, but it's REALLY frustrating to have your food messed up at least 75% of the time. When we dine in, I tell my family to go ahead & eat so their food is hot. Then they have to wait for me to finish when I finally get my burger. Once it took them 3 times before they got it right. This evening, I did call & spoke with a manager who offered to remake a new burger for me, (which is kind of silly considering it was late in the evening & I live in CH, I wasn't going to drive to all the way back down there) he also offered a gift card, which I do appreciate. BUT I went without my burger that night & that's my point. It's great that they want to make it up to you AFTER the fact, BUT it's really rotten to go without dinner because someone can't make a burger right in the first place.

DOESN'T ASK FOR TIPS! Doesnt "have some questions for you." Just pay for your meal, and get good food. The burgers are great, chili fries are excellent. Never a bad experience. And once again... they DON'T ASK FOR TIPS.
Last two times I have come to your restaurant I ordered take out. Patties were dry like the were cooked hours before. Buns were smashed and stale This time I did not get the burger I ordered. I like my burgers fresh. I can go to Burger King or McDonald’s if I want this. Getting a little pricey also. I won’t be going back for a while. At least not this store

Been here ever since I was a kid, so I may be biased, but I’ve never had anyone beat the combination of their shakes and cheese fries. Their burgers aren’t half bad either.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a freaking fast food restaurant, but I’m so pissed right now. lol. I don’t eat here often but in the last month I’ve gone to JCW’s in AF 3 different times. And every time they’ve messed up my order. I can forgive the 20+ minute wait because I appreciate the fresh hot food, but the order has been wrong all 3 times. I always go through the drive thru. When I expressed frustrations today when I was given the wrong order (I didn’t yell, I didn’t get nasty) the worker gave *me* attitude. There was no apology or anything. Just attitude. So yeah, I have finally learned my lesson. Took me THREE times to learn my lesson. Byyyyyeee forever delicious cheese fries. Ugh.

They messed up both my orders. The one I ordered to stay, they didn't give me my extra fries I paid for. Even going up and asking for them again and showing them the receipt, I still didn't receive them. The to go order, they gave me chicken strips instead of fish and chips. Overall, the food tasted just okay.
