We waited 30 mins for our food, they didn't give us the ranch cups for our cheese fries, took our receipt because they didn't believe we ordered them, then they exploded in our bag all over our food.The food is great but I've never been impressed with the service.
I am an outlier as I don't like JCW. The food is average and overpriced. Service is slow. And it's just a fast food atmosphere. We went because we had a coupon. Lots of people like, I just don't.Vegetarian options: Garden burger.

DOESN'T ASK FOR TIPS! Doesnt "have some questions for you." Just pay for your meal, and get good food. The burgers are great, chili fries are excellent. Never a bad experience. And once again... they DON'T ASK FOR TIPS.
