I love Jimmy John's... But this American Fork JJs is the actual greatest one of all time. Cynthia, the GM, is so freaking hilarious, she'll do anything for her customers. Go here if you want to get smothered in overwhelming hospitality.

We came in after a long week to treat ourselves to a nice JJ sandwich and had the pleasure of dinning while Cynthia was managing. She handled several stressful situations, in the short time we were there, with such kindness and respect! She's a Rockstar! If want JJs this is the best location I've been too in Utah County!

I order here almost weekly as I work nearby. Always a good experience. The workers have good customer service and the sandwich is always reliably good. Can't recommend this location enough!
