Definitely over priced! This was their $7 burrito. Sad!
Super delicious Mexican food. We were glad to find somebody new in American Fork. My wife and I have went three times and very satisfied. I took some pictures of the first time that we went out and used my hand for scale. I couldn’t say anything bad about anything we got. Very authentic. I will be sure to be coming back with tons of friends.Ps. My wife has a hard time finding well seasoned ground beef at Mexican restaurants. She loves it with her chimichangas (huge) and tacos. Her favorite right now is the smothered burrito with cheese. My mouth is watering already.
This is my favorite place to get food when I go out to eat. Their salsa is the best around if you don't mind the spice. The restaurant may be a hole in the wall place but there's definitely no holes in their food or service. Everyone here is always kind and makes sure your happy with your food and experience. I'd recommend anyone who is interested to come give it a try!
Me and my husband love coming here they are always so kind and let me just tell you the food here.... AMAZING! This is our favorite place to go! Please support this awesome restaurant!
Service was good, I'm not sure why, but the spice of the smothered burrito and salsa were nowhere near as spicy as the salt lake city restaurants. Still a yummy lunch!
La Puente has been a fantastic restaurant for years now, one of my favorites. The chips and salsa are great (hot!) and the I’ve yet to have something I didn’t like. Smothered, please!
We make sure to eat here every time we come up north and enjoy it every time. Look forward to the next time.
The food is so delicious I couldn't stop eating. I've never been to Mexico but I've heard that this tasted like real and authentic Mexican food. I ordered beef enchiladas and it was amazing. The flavor of the beans is so good ? ?the portions are huge, I'll be coming back for sure!
Their Chili Verde sauce is incredible. It's thick and creamy. Tastes a little like it's made with some sort of vegetable broth. Has a good classic Verde taste with more of a bold kick.Service is great, food is great, costs are pretty in par with most other restaurants like it.
Best Mexican food in Utah! No joke! As Native Arizonans, we have missed this style of Mexican food. Run, don’t walk, to this place!

Our server was very nice, that was probably the only positive thing I can say about this place. The food was nothing special. My fajitas really didn't have too much flavor. My wife's chili Verde was really runny, and the flavor was just ok. The server brought my wife the wrong drink, and the ice tea had a strange aftertaste. There was a party of 10 that was sat 15 to 20 minutes after us, and they got their food before us. The food seemed like like it took forever to cook. Probably going to keep searching for a better Mexican restaurant!
La Puente is ok in a pinch, but it didn’t scratch the itch. Fair amount of options on the menu. Some of the meals had cold rice, and the flavor overall was mediocre at best. Staff were great, but I can’t say that the experience was good enough that we’d come back.
My teenager picked our one night of takeout from here and all 3 of us couldn’t even eat half our food. I had the salad and it had an inch of water in the bottom and 4 pieces of chicken and the nachos were absolutely the grossest thing ever. Soupy mess of gross meat and the Colorado burrito was so old tasting and absolutely the worst. I never would have thought all 3 would be able to be all inedible but here we are
The salsa was spicy and delicious. We both got enchiladas, the food came out quick and hot. It was very good. The menu I thought was a little hard to read and a bit overwhelming, but the service and food was good. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely would go again.
The food and service was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. The drinks are awesome and I'm pretty sure everything is made in house. The fajitas are super delicious and the flour tortillas had just the right amount of bite and stood up to being stuffed with way too much filling.
