Decorations are not as ordered and look sloppy. Associate not friendly at all. Felt like we totally put her out. “Nothing Bundt” BAD SERVICE here!!!

Nothing Bundt Cake always serves top notch cakes, no matter the size. I've been eating their cakes for years, over a decade and a half. You can't go wrong with any of their flavors. One of my favorites flavors is Confetti. This time around, I picked up their special flavor - Biscoff butter cake. Though it was not as good as my all time favorite, confetti, it was still yummy. The cake is always so soft and moist. Now, here comes the slightly controversial part of their cakes - the frosting. A lot of people say the frosting is waaaayyy too sweet. I can see what they mean; it is indeed sweet. However, I wouldn't say it's too sweet. It complements the cake very well. Oh, a bonus is sometimes their stores have little cake bite samples - don't forget to grab a bite! My favorite size of their cakes is bundlet - perfect for on the go. Each store is decorated so cute too. Always a good homey vibe right when I step in. I'll always be returning!

I'm very amazed at the patience & dedication that Alyssa (staff member) had while helping me out. Long story short, I called this store from a whole other state for a special birthday order to be delivered 20 minutes away from her store with an hour left til closing. Alyssa did what she could with what she had, offered options & was patient the entire time waiting for the back and forth between my boss and I. She even went out of her way to deliver after hours. Kudos to her for going the extra mile to complete my order! I hope she is blessed tenfold for her kindness today. From TX to UT, THANK YOU ALYSSA!

I have been receiving email after email about the new key lime Bundt cake. I finally drove quite a ways to try it, and even checked their online inventory to make sure they were still available/still selling it. I get there (before 3pm on a Thursday) and they are all out for the entire day. It was a waste of time and gas! I walked away without any, and am just bugged that they only sell cakes and are somehow out of the specialty item they've been pushing.

Their cakes are literally the best tasting food on the planet. I literally subscribe to their emails so that I can get their buy one get one whenever they do it. I seriously cannot stress enough how good anything you order is. Also the girls who work there are so sweet and helpful and they always know exactly how to use the coupons and stuff so it doesn’t take forever to process.
I've loved these cakes for a while, but the manager of this location went above and beyond today to make sure the cake for my son's birthday was perfect.

The cake is so yummy but we have been very disappointed in the customer service recently. The new hours have us scrambling to get there before 7:00 and if you get there at 6:50 employees are already locking the doors. Recently we watched a girl turn down 4 different couples 10 minutes before closing because she said they were already cleaning up to leave. This was on a Friday night. It feels like our business is not important to you.

I went there 15 minutes before closing and tried ordering bundtlets with extra frosting. The employee stated that she couldn’t do extra frosting because they were getting ready to close and that if I wanted extra frosting that I would need to come back when they were “more” open.
