I believe the issue could have been easily resolved by the manager, but his handling of the situation was very poor. I ordered a plate and a cub meal, and when we got to the window, the woman informed us that it would take three minutes to cook some chicken, which was fine. We then followed her instructions to park and waited for about five more minutes, but nothing happened.

When I saw the manager walk out, I noticed he handed our order to the car behind us, as there was a car in front of them also waiting for food would obviously mean they were first in line to get their order. After waiting for another two minutes, I decided to go inside to inquire about our order. They told us that our food had just been given out. We mentioned that it must have gone to the car behind us, and then they informed us that they were out of the chicken again and asked if we wanted to wait for a new batch.

Throughout this entire process, the manager, who had made the mistake of handing out our food incorrectly, never spoke to us or apologized for the error. Frustrated, I requested a refund and asked for my points to be returned to my account in the app. The manager remained silent. Normally, I don’t like to complain, but this was just handled so poorly.

This is a great location. It took a minute to get our food. The place was clean and had friendly employees. The bathrooms were clean and they had warm water. If you are in the area I would suggest this location

Went through drive thru again ordered beef broccoli and only received broccoli. It is so frustrating that a simple order can not be completed. The only way to ever get the proper food at the American Fork Panda is to go inside. This is my 5th drive thru order and it is terrible again.

Friday morning shift. Drive through.
Ordered Black Pepper Sirloin Steak. Having just literally 2 cubes of meat is unacceptable for its price.
Please be aware and conscious that on drive through sometimes you cant go back and make a complaint.

Literally the worst “fast” food experience ever. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. We get up to the window they tell us to wait for our food around the corner by the umbrella. We were waiting on mushroom chicken. We then waited another 25 minutes before my husband finally went in and our food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The employees acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. I think they completely forgot about us outside. The inside was completely empty. I would be more understanding if it was super busy inside and out.

Great experience here at Panda in American Fork. Service was top notch, they even came over after we ordered to make sure everything was good. Orange chicken is different…but it was still really good. Not sure why everyone is making a big deal about it haha. Overall a solid experience and good food.

Ordered takeout my food was ready within 5 minutes but my brothers takeout took 40 minutes from when we ordered it. We waited in there for 30 minutes. I eventually gave up and ate my meal there waiting for his.
