horrible service.... stood at the counter for more that 5 minutes with workers knowing we were standing there but not even a .... we will be with you in a minute just out right ignored. I will never dine here again.

My wife and I ate here and really enjoyed it. I love their Popcorn Shrimp, which is usually my “go to” meal here, but this time I tried their chicken wrap, I had original my wife had spicy and we both liked them a lot. The Strawberry Cream Cheese pies were awesome!
Only rated “Atmosphere” as 3 stars because it is nothing special, just regular fast food atmosphere.

Had to wait about 5 min at the counter to ask for ranch. Never got the ranch because they never came to the counter lol. Guy with the neckbeard acknowledged me when I asked for ranch but never gave me ranch. Can’t blame the staff there, some people are just incompetent. Whoever hired them is to blame. Food’s okay though

Asked to upgrade to a large and got ignored, then once I got my food I tried several times to ask for ranch, they acknowledged my boyfriend when he asked but never did anything so just ended up walking out

I love Popeyes but when you go through the drive through, they really need to have someone that doesn't have a horrible accent that you can't understand what they are saying or if they are giving you what you ordered. I won't be going back to this Popeyes at least till they have someone you can understand helping you.

Are we having a hard time of understanding bone in wings and boneless wings? I ordered 2 six pieces BONE IN wings, and those stupid staff brought me 12 pieces of BONELESS wings???

I usually enjoy Popeyes, but my recent family meal order was disappointing. I received two regular-size sides instead of the large ones I paid for, and the chicken was noticeably dry. When I tried to resolve this through the app, their AI chatbot was unhelpful, capping reimbursement at $4 despite the sides costing $6 each. This felt dismissive and made the experience worse. I hope Popeyes improves their customer service and quality control, as I’d love to return to the great food I’m used to.

Couldn't get my drive back through order right after multiple tries. Nearly gave up and drove off. Unfortunately either a language barrier or poor communication equipment provided to the staff created a very difficult ordering experience. Food was also not the best I've had at a Popeyes

We had ordered a 12 piece meal and two spicy sandwich meals coming to around 75.00 in the drive thru, we had to use the restroom and so glad we did because I think we would've gotten staff or salmonella from this joint. The place was filthy, disgusting, looks like noone knows how to clean a table, floors or restroom, heaven knows what the kitchen looks like...
We got a refund and got out, dodged that bullet!

The place was OK. I don't care for The spices used on their chicken. The fried were good.

EDIT: they were made as intended. I think the Lousiana spices are just too strong for me. My son enjoyed them- which is why we went. Thank you.

This place is either the laziest fast food joint in Utah County or the worst run. I’ve come here 3 times since I moved here in April because I usually love Popeyes but every time it has taken 20 minutes or more to get my food. The worst part is that I’ve been the only person in the restaurant, people just stand around behind the counter shooting the breeze. I wish wish wish this location was as efficient as other Popeyes because I love their food but it has disappointed me every time.

I like their fried chicken, but their wings weren’t very good. They were small and didn’t have lots of meat, and they were overcooked and dry, with very little sauce. A disappointing order of wings.
I got the beans and rice with my order, which I normally love, but their wings weren’t rice seemed almost like it was undercooked. Pieces were tough to chew.
They also forgot to give me any utensils or napkins, which made eating a mess.
Their fried chicken is good, though. One of the few places you can get actual fried chicken, meaning chicken on-the-bone, battered and deep fried.
