Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru

Came in an hour before closing and they wouldn’t make any type of bowls. Ended up placing an order for a bowl at the highland location with no problem. Probably something the owner would like to be aware of. 🤷‍♀️

I will probably never go to Roxberry again, specifically this location. I’ve been here many times before and had longer wait times, but this time was the worst. I went to the new and improved drive-thru line yesterday, and at the time I was the second car there. After ordering, I waited for maybe 5-7 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. Then, when I pulled up to the window, I waited for a full 10 minutes before an employee even opened up the drive-thru window to acknowledge me. Y’all. 10 minutes? How long does it take to blend a smoothie? Meanwhile, I could see 4-5 more cars lining up behind me. The very least the employees could have done was open up the window when I pulled up and say “Hey, we’re a little backed up at the moment, but we’ll get your order out as quickly as we can!” I felt like I was silently being held hostage and from what I could see in the window, they didn’t seem to be bustling around, trying to finish orders. Honestly I should have just driven away. It took another 5 minutes after paying to get my order (just two smoothie bowls, nothing crazy). After all that, I’m just disappointed that I wasted so much time there—added up to being just under half an hour—and the prices across the menu certainly don’t justify it. Everything on the menu is too expensive for what you actually get. Maybe try a different smoothie shop if you’re craving an açaí bowl.

The new drive thru is a nice touch! We love roxberry and the staff here are so kind and helpful. Always a good experience here since the days I had it in highland during high school 15 years ago! Protein is a good add too!

Very fun music was playing- it was perfect for my already amazing morning! I walked in and was immediately greeted by employees who looked happy to be there. The guy at the register gave me amazing recommendations on add ins and my smoothie tasted AMAZING!

They seem like a okay place but they take forever to get stuff out, specifically in the drive thru. I was the only car at the window and no one was behind me. No one was inside and I saw 3 employees. It took them 15 minutes to get a medium smoothie out. One time I came in and one of them was sitting on the counter where the food goes-

The cashiers can be quite unfriendly too. I’m not expecting anything big, but the tone being nicer would be appreciated 😭, as someone who works in food service themselves, it’s really not that hard!!

I love the Roxberry products, but they are so busy that if I’m getting more than one item something is always either missing from my order or not what I ordered. I will keep going because of their nice quality smoothies, but would give 5 stars if my orders were correct the first time.

Really chill people working there, smoothies we good, apparently nobody is buying the churro bites, they were a bit overpriced and only came with abt 8 sticks 4 inches long and the width of a straw for like $4

I pulled up to the drive-thru and I was greeted in a very blah way. I said I'm just looking for your non-dairy options. And instead of providing good customer service by telling me what the non-dairy options are or could be, the girl just said "ok let me know when you're ready".
Then I wait in line about 10-12 minutes. I gave my card, they charged me then, tried to give me someone else's order. Turns out they charged me for the wrong order which was larger than mine.
The girl at the window was not going to do anything about it because she didn't mention anything. I caught it. I said "so did you charge me for the right drink"? And she said "no, would you like me to give you a larger size"? I said "no, can you refund and charge me for the correct drink"? She went away and came back to tell me she's not a shift lead and doesn't have permission to do that. And offered me a $5 gift card. Thanks for trying to makeup for charging me too much. But Roxberry really needs to do better with their training. And have more dairy-free options.

We went through the drive thru, and the wait time was excessive. There was no one ordering inside, so it wasn't because they were busy.
When we finally received our drinks, we were surprised at how off they tasted. I expected the normal fruity, refreshing smoothie. Instead, it tasted more like milk than anything else. It completely drowned out the fruit flavor and left a bit of an unpleasant after taste. Out of three drinks, only one was okay.
To top our poor experience, the cashier was a little rude. When it came time to pay, he awkwardly asked if we wanted to tip him. It was terribly uncomfortable. We weren't even treated to any experience that warranted any extra gratuity.
Overall, it was a frustrating visit. Between the long wait, subpar beverages, and pushy cashier, I will not be returning any time soon.
