I was craving an açaí bowl and came to this location for the first time. I walk in ready to order and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. The worker just stood there looking at me. Cashier looked like he didn’t want to be there. Which isn’t my problem. I asked for 3 açaí bowls and only he charged me for 1. At that point I didn’t even want to correct him. After he made it, he then slammed it on the counter and turned around. Not even a “have a good day”. How unprofessional & rude. I simply wont be coming back to this location. If you hate your job why work there?

Came in an hour before closing and they wouldn’t make any type of bowls. Ended up placing an order for a bowl at the highland location with no problem. Probably something the owner would like to be aware of. 🤷‍♀️

I will probably never go to Roxberry again, specifically this location. I’ve been here many times before and had longer wait times, but this time was the worst. I went to the new and improved drive-thru line yesterday, and at the time I was the second car there. After ordering, I waited for maybe 5-7 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. Then, when I pulled up to the window, I waited for a full 10 minutes before an employee even opened up the drive-thru window to acknowledge me. Y’all. 10 minutes? How long does it take to blend a smoothie? Meanwhile, I could see 4-5 more cars lining up behind me. The very least the employees could have done was open up the window when I pulled up and say “Hey, we’re a little backed up at the moment, but we’ll get your order out as quickly as we can!” I felt like I was silently being held hostage and from what I could see in the window, they didn’t seem to be bustling around, trying to finish orders. Honestly I should have just driven away. It took another 5 minutes after paying to get my order (just two smoothie bowls, nothing crazy). After all that, I’m just disappointed that I wasted so much time there—added up to being just under half an hour—and the prices across the menu certainly don’t justify it. Everything on the menu is too expensive for what you actually get. Maybe try a different smoothie shop if you’re craving an açaí bowl.

The new drive thru is a nice touch! We love roxberry and the staff here are so kind and helpful. Always a good experience here since the days I had it in highland during high school 15 years ago! Protein is a good add too!

Very fun music was playing- it was perfect for my already amazing morning! I walked in and was immediately greeted by employees who looked happy to be there. The guy at the register gave me amazing recommendations on add ins and my smoothie tasted AMAZING!
