Sol Agave serves Mexican dishes with their own unique twist. The menu offers options for pork, chicken, beef, and prawns. Fajitas, carnitas, tacos, and burritos are designed to be assembled by the person eating them. Small pots of rice, beans, grilled onion and pepper, and melted cheese are served with two small tortillas. Sol is a good restaurant. Their food is very good, service seems to still be learning - but will definitely go back. Most of us had the Sugar Cane Filet, which was excellent. Butter Cake is their signature dessert, highly recommend.
Pros- Food was absolutely awesome!! Heard a lot this restaurant and we were stoked to go. Con's-We were sat at a table in the bar area right under the big screen TV. Once our waiter took our order, that was pretty much the last we saw of him. I had to wave him down to get a refill on water and he glanced at us and waved his hand then disappeared. We were virtually finished with our meal when we finally got a refill on water at the same time he asked if we needed boxes. The...
