Don’t ruin your kids’ childhood stopping for fast food at the freeway exit on the way to Saint Geezy & Newport — drive 3 more minutes to Mel’s for a burger & picadillies at this one-of-one Beaver original!!! You can shoot a big buck & play pinball too!
they very friendly and prompt of taking your order (walk in to go). But this is the second time in a month that they've delayed my order from some reason that makes no sense. maybe the drive-through is better? oh and they included extra coctail sauce this time, which i didn't order. it was supposed to be tartar sauce. the cocktail sauce consistency is hard and jellied, which i wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
This is a small shop off the side of the highway right? Not so fast. The food was amazing, shakes, fries, food. All of it. I'd plan around a stop here. The inside is out of the 80s. And the service was great. Polite, fast. Honestly it's that good.
