“El Bambi Cafe & Truck Stop I would like to sincerely thank Mandi and her crew at El Bambi for providing us an amazing and absolutely delicious meal to fuel us up for our field trip to Bryce Canyon NP. We’re ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. 🥞🥞🥞🥓 We probably wouldn’t be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing. If you’re driving through Beaver this summer and need a meal- I highly suggest you stop by and meet this amazing group of superheroes.“

“THE PIZZA BOMBS ARE AWESOME!!!
My boyfriend and I were just passing through Beaver on a road trip when we found this special hole in the wall. Pizza drive thru? Say less. The lady at the window was so kind and authentic, all while taking a blizzard and extreme high winds to the face (in April, might i add). Our food took a minute because it was made to order. And it certainly tasted like that! My golly, after a long 5 days trekking through the desert in the truck, this was exactly the comfort meal made with love that we needed. Much thanks and the deepest bow to Craigo’s Pizza!!!“

“Service was harried, but they were busy. Others commented negatively, but I found the food very good for a road house in the middle of Utah. What do people expect, La Cote Basque? Very nice place and a welcome respite after a long drive. Noisy kids are a pain, but, hey, it's Utah!“

“Every burger I have at Loaded Burgers is the best burger of my life and today was no different. I discovered them when they catered a wedding I photographed. So phenomenal and is now my regular stop when I travel through this area!“
