“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

So much avo on crispy toast, perfectly ripe tomatoes, seasoned beautifully/ juice was so fresh and delicious. Feel energized and happy :) so excited to become a regular here.“

“I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!“

“Drive thru service is always quick and servers are always knowledgeable about the drinks. Today I saw the summer menu gone and replaced by new fall drinks. The server told ke she had tried them all and was able to give me her take on everything and why the Cinnamon water was better with flat vs bubbly sparkling water. I took her recommendation and the drink was SO GOOD!!! Cant wait to come back for another!“

“We were in Provo for 4 days and we ate at Aubergine kitchen 3 times.
We just loved it that much! Nothing disappointed us. The smoothies are amazing, the food is health focused without sacrificing deliciousness, and the menu is extensive.
The highlight for me is the Madeira steak bowl.“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

Convenient location, but if you Door Dash this Roxberry also gives you options to customize your smoothie. I have allergies to bananas and most smoothie places won’t accommodate on Door Dash and this place does.“

“The service was good and it's a nicely decorated location. I'm not sure my food was cooked long enough though. I ordered the shakshuka (poached eggs in a tomato-based stew) and the whites were clear. I've never had this dish before, so maybe the eggs are supposed to be raw, but I'm not really comfortable with anything beyond runny yolks.“

“I ordered a soda, a large popcorn, and a little licious on the app for drive thru pickup. The service was quick. My soda was delicious (my favorite is a my jam). The popcorn though was terrible, almost inedible. It tasted burnt and had black speckles on a lot of it. I asked the employee and she said it was probably because the machine is old and the employees aren't allowed to clean the inside of the popper because they might break it. Get a new machine or don't sell popcorn! (Though I love getting a popcorn with my soda, so I vote new machine.) It was such a disappointment and waste of money. Soda and service: 5 stars. Popcorn: 0 stars.This was my first time at this location. I noticed they have a lobby with seating which is awesome! I will definitely be returning and hoping the popcorn machine gets cleaned thoroughly or replaced.“

The chicken fried rice is the kind you search for until you find THE one. The boba isn’t too sweet and they give the right amount of boba. Everyone who works there greets you as they are really happy to see you. We love Hi-Tea!“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. “while I LOVE this place = food is fantastic, healthy...delicious etc I appreciated seeing the GREEN straws, made of paper, rather than plastic. however... They use Styrofoam for the smoothies which is may be more of an environmental impact than the straw subject. my other smoothie place, orange peel, doesn't use Styrofoam, So it's possible to avoid! I hope Tropical Smoothie can get away from Styrofoam in the near future.“
