“I’m a regular at Aubergine because first and foremost, the food quality far exceeds most other restaurants, especially in the fast-casual space. They don’t use any refined sugars or inflammatory oils in their food, and you can really taste the difference in the deliciousness of the dishes and and in how you feel afterwards. From bowls, plates, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more, you really can’t go wrong with the wondrous variety of color and flavor that they have. The visible kitchen area is clean and tidy and the workers are attentive and friendly. I wish Aubergine locations were as common as McDonalds across the US.“

On the healthier side with minimal dressing, fats added etc. Sweet potato bites are excellent and unique along with the complimentary cheese bread with each entree. “I love this place. Great portion sizes, delicious flavors and seasonings. Everything tastes fresh and fairly healthy. My husband loves the raps, i love the bowls. Sometimes we’ll split both and share too. Their sweet potato waffle fries are a nice combination of thin and slightly fried, fry dipping sauce was also fab. Always satisfied with whatever I get. “Zupas is great for soups and sandwiches. Tonight, I had my favorite, crab bisque. I had been going all day at work and just needed a quick meal. They packaged it up with a roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry. It was quick and was plenty hot when I hit my hotel. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. At 8:30 at night, it was not very busy.

Parking: I suspect parking during dinner hours would be a premium. Several other stores compete for the parking.“

“I love to eat at the Draper Location. They offer gluten free items and my favorite is the bacon cheese burger. I went today, and they changed the bacon. Instead of the big thick tasty strips, I got thin shriveled up tasteless strips. I sure hope it's a temporary thing.“

“Imagine the most amazing server you ever had delivered by cherubs from clouds on high, that would be but a fraction of Braden the most amazing server who was running the bar at Olive Garden. “Recently I ordered three trays of food, meatballs, eggplant, and Lasagna. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. I'm an Italian from New York so I know what good Italian food should taste like.“

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in probably 20+ years. When you're here, you're family. Or you're here because someone else in the family chose it. Either way, you make the most of it. Far from my favorite genre and I try to avoid endless anything, much less breadsticks (which you pay for in the rounded-up entree prices). That said, they run like a well-oiled machine. Sort of like the Disneyland of Italian restaurants. If you're Deb, Karen, Kevin, Randy, Janeen, or Carol, you're in good company. Bust out the accordion and live your best life.“
