Recently ate here for the first time. Made the trip from Salt Lake to explore the area and celebrate my birthday with dinner at Hell’s Backbone. It was so good we not only had my birthday dinner, but went back the next night. Service was excellent, food was superb and the entire vibe of the place just felt right. It was a perfect fit! I’ll definitely be back.
