I have traveled out of the way a few times to come here, and it is always well worth it. Cozy atmosphere and stellar service, and the food is creative, beautiful and delicious. I always tell people it's the best restaurant in Utah. You will be nourished body and soul.
Absolutely fantastic meal from start to finish. Blake, one of the owners of the restaurant was going around and talking to all the patrons. She and I talked for a while about her mission to help preserve the Grand Staircase and you could tell how much she cared for her community and the environment it lays in. Each dish was crafted with detail in addition to being delicious.

You certainly pay for it, but this is the best fine dining experience I've had in Utah. On par with bib gourmand and michelin star restaurants I've been to in the past. The location and environment are beautiful. The service is excellent. One of the owners visited with us at our table, she was absolutely lovely. Everything I've eaten there has been excellent. It's worth making a special trip down to Boulder for it, I recommend this restaurant to everyone already...
