Sweetwater Kitchen Reviews
Our group of 12 stayed at the guest house and we are at the Sweetwater Kitchen. Both places are amazing! We had the best steak, trout tacos, pasta, polenta fries, chicken, and desserts!! So delicious, and such great service! Will for sure plan a trip around this place again!
Ate at the restaurant two nights in a row because the food and service were so amazing! The cheeseboard is the best with fresh ingredients and perfect pairings. The tenderloin was perfect as was the SWK burger and the Parmesan fries. Don’t forget to fit In a margarita and save room for the cheesecake! Chef Eric, Bree, and the whole crew are incredible. The views are a whole other part of the experience.
I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Sweetwater Kitchen- and especially to Eric Arballo- for making the best sauteed tofu I have ever had. Actually, everything we ordered was amazing, including the sweet potato tacos and glazed carrots.
I am most impressed and thrilled with the fact that vegan options are available on the menu. This enhanced our stay tremendously. All the restaurant staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly about the topic and that can sometimes be a challenge...read full review

Sweetwater Kitchen is a highly recommended restaurant known for its high-quality cuisine and lovingly prepared dishes. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful setting enhance the dining experience. Customers frequently praise the attentive wait staff and the marvelous service. The restaurant caters to both vegetarians and meat eaters, featuring dishes like perfectly cooked pork chops, a custom vegan entree created by the chef, and options like NY strip steak and sumptuous chicken pot pie. The visual presentations of the food are described as works of art, and the desserts, including cheesecake and bread pudding, are not to be missed. Located about an hour's drive from Capitol Reef National Park, Sweetwater Kitchen offers stunning views, making it a must-visit for those exploring Utah's national parks. The beef is sourced from the surrounding ranch lands, which are farmed using regenerative agriculture, and the steak is described as one of the best. While some customers have experienced minor issues with the entrees and the music choice, Sweetwater Kitchen remains a fine place to dine, offering an excellent dining experience.
