Phenomenal food in an incredible setting. The beef is sourced from the surrounding ranch lands, which are farmed using regenerative agriculture. The steak was one of the best of my life, and the side dishes were just as delicious and memorable.
Oh I really wanted to love this place! And it started off with great promise: we were surprised by a fabulous little amuse bouche, and the salad was terrific. But the entrees were clumsy, as were the staff. My chicken pot pie was overspiced (and I like spice - it just took away from enjoying the dish); my partner's cheeseburger came with a thick wad of grocery-store tomato, undercooked ancho pepper, and again grocery store pickles.
