I have went to Baskin-Robbins 4 times in the past few weeks. Each time I am refused service for extended periods of time while other patrons are treated with grace. It is my approach to treat everyone with kindness, but this evening ,I was once again not greeted warmly or told that someone would be right with me. Totally unhappy with the cost versus product ratio. There is no way that I got 3 scoops in my sunday. Sent a complaint to the corporate office....... :-(
