It is pretty frustrating that almost every time that I doordash from Costa Vida in Bountiful my order is either wrong or missing something.
My regular salad today had hardly any meat and it was half the size of what it usually is. I have emailed them before but they didn’t care enough to respond. Last time for me.
We’ve been coming to the Bountiful location for years. It’s really gone downhill. There’s nobody really running it anymore. Some teenage kids who have never been told they’re wrong. My salad was served on an ice cold tortilla because they hadn’t made any fresh ones. It was empty in there too, and 5 teens working! No excuse not to have hot tortillas ready. We have loved Costa Vida in the past, but this is by far the worst experience we’ve had.
The portions were very small, and when we asked if they could add a little extra (on even items like rice, lettuce, pico, cheese and even some dressing) every single thing was an up-charge. I’ve never felt this nickeled and dimed.
Just overall a poor customer experience.
