My self and a co-worker went here today. We arrived at 11:00 AM. As we went in, there were a few people at a table chatting and having a good time. We walked up to the counter, no one else was waiting. The 2 people behind the counter were filling orders and one person was on the cash register. The person on the registered just stared at us and the other 2 didn't acknowledge us at all. We stood there for about 10 minutes. I was so shocked at the service I received this week at this Einsteins location. I love their coffee and stopped in to pick up some on my way to work. I have been told by their staff to go right to the register if I am just purchasing a coffee and no bagel. No one was at the register, but at the other end of the counter were two employees.
