“It is easily the best Indian cuisine in Utah, if you include their Sandy location. I have actually only had the same caliber of Indian food in the U.K. The lamb rogan josh is exquisite. I like it with naan bread and onion salad.“

“Been here a few times now, for both dine in and takeout. It's hit-or-miss on quality and experience. Don't set expectations too high and you won't be disappointed.

I'd say overall, it's an OK quality meal. The amount of meat they put in their curry changes each time I've been here. But, when all the other restaurants are closed and I have an Indian food craving, I come here.

To our complete surprise, dinner was absolutely delicious — one of the best Indian meals we have had (and we have had a number of them in New York City and elsewhere). Appetizers, soup, naan, a vegetable curry (split between the two of us), a dessert, and beer came to a little over $40. “My recent visit to Central by Saffron Valley was an absolute delight from start to finish. I'm a long-time lover of Indian cuisine, and this restaurant truly delivered an authentic and memorable experience.
We started with the veggie samosas which was perfectly crispy and bursting with vibran flavors. For the main courses, the lamb chops, butter chicken, saag paneer, asparagus pancake were all standouts—the lamb and chicken was incredibly tender, and the sauce with chicken was rich, creamy, and seasoned to perfection. The Garlic Naan was a heavenly, pillow-like accompaniment to our meal.
Beyond the fantastic food, the service was exceptional. Our server, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu. The robot was a delightful treat for my 2 year old granddaughter.

Train theme that added to the overall dining experience. If you're looking for quality, authentic Indian food, I cannot recommend Central by Saffron Valley enough. It's truly a gem!“

“We were visiting relatives, and the restaurant was down the street from our hotel. We love indian food and our options at home are very limited. This was a pleasant surprise. Quiet, good service, great food. The peshwari naan was excellent as was the shrimp appetizer. If you like it hot, go for medium (they spice on the hotter side so we were glad we went for the moderate!) The only disappointment was that the Dosis were not available as they ran out of the chickpea dough. Otherwise, don't hesitate to give it a try.“
