Ordered Teriyaki Beef only to be told they are out of Teriyaki sauce!

This is the only reason I stopped here. How in the world do you run out of teriyaki sauce when it’s one of the main ingredients on your menu!!!

Even though I was very disappointed they were out of teriyaki - the meat was delicious

Had a business lunch. Food was pretty good, but the katsu chicken was not as moist as I hoped. The staff came and asked how we were doing and if there was anything we needed, which was a pleasant surprise for that kind of restaurant. Overall it was a good experience.

You go for the food. The food tasted fine but compared to other Hawaiian grills and the amount it wasn't worth it. The workers were nice and it was clean but price wise was not worth it.
