Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse.
Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup.
It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants?
When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told:
