“I have been going to subway for a long time and I have always loved getting a footlong Italian herbs and cheese with bacon, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, and bbq sauce. But today a bombshell was dropped on me, they got rid of the bbq sauce. I know this might not sound like a big deal but to me as an autistic teenager this sucks. Subway please bring back the bbq sauce.“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“Stopped by this spot the other day and it honestly did not disappoint. You can tell the people working there actually care instead of just trying to rush everyone out the door. Everything came out fresh, the service was chill, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Low key one of those places that ends up being way better than you expect. Prices felt fair, everything was on point, and there was nothing to complain about. Definitely gonna be coming back because it's hard to find places that stay this consistent. “I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, and this one is by far the best. The difference is immediately noticeable the second you walk in. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the employees genuinely seem like they enjoy being there.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Nicole. It’s obvious she puts so much care into this location. She’s always friendly, professional, and treats both her customers and employees with kindness and respect. You can tell she leads by example because the entire team provides amazing customer service and works so well together.

Every time I’ve come in, my order has been made perfectly, the ingredients have been fresh, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that’s this consistently great.

“Jersey Mike’s is a really good sandwich shop. The fact that they’re open on Sundays in Utah was especially helpful. The food is always fresh, and the customer service has always been great. If you’re looking for a solid deli sandwich in Orem, I’d definitely recommend Jersey Mike’s. It may not be the most unique sandwich shop around, but they do what they’re known for really well. And the fact that they also have gluten and dairy free options keeps them higher up on my list.“

“Yumm! Typically these guys are fantastic, today was not a good day. Long wait at lunch is expected but I ordered a 44 reg and I watched them finish 21 sandwiches before they did mine. I had to ask twice.

They used separate knives, kept everything on paper, and changed gloves to prevent cross contamination. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Alejandro was very nice and professional! I went here and there was a bit of a wait which was fine, as I got to the drive up counter it seemed my order possibly got lost while I was waiting. Alejandro apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a solution and offered to even fix my sandwich for me himself. I felt as if he really did care. I notice this location is understaffed or under scheduled often so hopefully they can staff it up with more great employees like Alejandro since it’s a great location!“

“I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. I called be and talked to a nice in young man and he took my information and said he someone would be back with me. so far nothing. I feel like I got robbed. I guess I made a donation to them.
