“Can a sandwich change your life? Probably not, but it can change your day for the better. I ordered an Original Italian.. what I experienced is hard to describe. It took me back to a beautiful autumn day in Tuscany where I ate the sandwich of my dreams. After I came home, I thought I’d never experience that pleasure again. Then, 6 years later I walked in to a Jersey Mike’s in Provo Utah and reunited with the taste that made me fall in love with the old country. Thank you for making my visit to Provo so special.“
“Came back here after 20+ years since the last time I was there. Decor is basically the same, the Free Winona poster seemed new - though that particularly cultural touch point is also over 20 years old. However! The sandwich tasted exactly the same. It was tasty, filling and inexpensive. The staff were friendly.I was pleased that this food memory from my broke college days held up to my "can afford pricier food now" palate. If I lived locally, this would probably still be in heavy rotation.“
“I work for Crumbl HQ, and we ordered a same day large order of 50 sandwich meals for the volunteers setting up for an event. Matthew the manager of the provo store was extremely helpful in getting the order processed, made, and delivered in a timely manner. He called me throughout the day to provide updates on my order including letting me know that they would be leveraging the orem Jimmy Johns to fulfill on the bread request. Matthew's dedication to my order was more than a transaction rather than genuine authentic customer service! Thank you JIMMY JOHNS! Crumbl HQ employees absolutely loved it, and we could not have done it without Matthew!“
“Visiting from out of town. My kids love this place and always want to come here. My wife and a couple of the kids have food allergies and the manager and staff are always careful to their needs. My wife had a lettuce wrapped burger. It was super juicy and got all over the place but she liked the flavor. I got the lemon chicken salad. It was delivered with no chicken. They apologized and made things right. Service is good and everyone seemed happy.Vegetarian options: Just let them know when ordering.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free friendly but let them know upon ordering.Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.“
“Had a great experience at the Subway inside the university! Even though it's always busy, the food quality remains consistently good, just like other locations. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal between classes. Kudos to the hardworking staff! ??“
“We spent a week in the Provo area and visited Firehouse 3 times. I had never eaten at Firehouse before even though it's pretty popular at home. Well, that's now changed and it's going to be my go-to sandwich place. Fresh, flavorful, and they support firefighters. At this location, the employees were efficient and very friendly. The place is clean and bright.“
“Haven't seen service like this in a long time. It was as if the employees were chomping at the bit. Just waiting to serve us. They seemed genuinely happy and excited that we came into their store. The sandwich was were done perfectly and very quickly. The store was very clean.“

“Perfect subway experience! Drew was very helpful and Shay stepped in to help me check out. Overall they work well together and made the experience delightful. They were very professional and asked about my day as they worked. I am very grateful to see such respectable people working at this establishment.“
“The food was great! They were little busy and only two people were working and we had to wait 10-15 mins just to wait to place the order and then another 10 mins for the food! There wasn’t really any sitting much indoor due to them being busy but we did eat in the car! The food was “
