Haven't seen service like this in a long time. It was as if the employees were chomping at the bit. Just waiting to serve us. They seemed genuinely happy and excited that we came into their store. The sandwich was were done perfectly and very quickly. The store was very clean.
I did a mobile order, about 20 minutes before getting here, to try and save some time. As others have mentioned, there's only one person working here, so there was a bit of a delay to even pick up my order. The area was pretty clean though, and the employee working here was pretty friendly.

Tl;dr Save yourself the trouble and go to another sandwich joint. My order was all sorts of messed up. Management doesn't care.12:40PM January 31, 2023: Ordered two different footlongs online and go to pick them up. My wife's sandwich is completely void of oil and vinegar as ordered, and mine has maybe a slight hint of baja chipotle even though I marked 'extra'.
