“Firehouse subs has the best sub sandwich out there. You can’t beat the hook and ladder. Today I got the “buy one medium get one free” and it was delicious. This location is clean with friendly fast workers. I love that they have a veteran discount.“

“I came in on Thursday night with a friend and the food was great! The manager, Nick was very kind. However, I asked about his coworker, Nizone, because she was honestly not friendly at all. When we walked in she just looked me in the eye and didn't say welcome. When I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and Nick ended up making it for me. She forgot to put mayo on my friends sandwich. It didn't ruin my experience, because Nick and the other boy were friendly, but it is worth mentioning because she did make me feel bad.“

“I've lived near Paul's Place for a long time, but have just now tried it. Wow, it exceeded my expectations. I got a BLT, one of the best BLTs I've had. Prices are good, and the atmosphere is great. There is plenty of seating. The entire place is very clean, even the bathroom.“

“Food is always good here, but there are some I would not recommend. Stick with the sandwiches and salads. There are like two pizzas I love but the cheese and pepperoni are probably not worth your time- it’s just too much cheese. The Alfredo pizza is incredible if you like Alfredo. The desserts are spectacular too. Can’t leave the place without getting something sweet.“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. “Came with our missionary before dropping her off at the MTC - I remember this place from the 90s as a college student and Wow the memories came flooding back! The kids loved it today and the ladies here are SO nice. The wall of “24-inchers” is fun to browse and the “motivational” posters are still funny after all these years. Same great sandwiches!“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? “I only ordered a beverage. However, the cashier was friendly and smiled. I did notice that the cafe itself is quite dusty on the ledges, the bathroom soap dispenser was on the counter, and many of the tables still had dishes on them even though staff kept visiting the dining room.“

“We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.“

“It seems like this is a very busy location, the workers do a good job on switching their gloves if they handle money or other cleaning duties. A couple of them have very thick accents and kind of hard to understand, but it's a sandwich, shouldn't be that hard for you to figure out what they are asking.“

“Had lots of trouble ordering online due to the app and website being a real difficult and not accepting payment. Tried with multiple sources and phones. Management's hands are tied and can not honor online specials.... not right corporate!“
