Panda Express offers very good and fresh food, with customers able to see the ingredients being cooked in the kitchen. The menu includes popular dishes such as chow mein/rice with walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and black pepper chicken. Portions are generous, and the food can be a bit hit-or-miss, sometimes great and other times a bit off or old. Although the service can be prompt even when busy, there are times when it feels rushed. Some customers have experienced issues, like not receiving utensils with their to-go orders or waiting too long while staff attended to new customers. The restaurant is clean, as staff are always cleaning, but it may close earlier than expected, leaving some customers dining outside.
