I want to thank Julian for providing top notch customer service. Even though it wasn’t a busy Saturday afternoon through the drive thru, the way he engaged in the conversation was just fabulous. I previously had gone down the street to bean and brews to try something different and was greeted with two coworkers yelling at each other and decided to just go to a different place instead. Thank you for providing excellent customer service to a newbie in the community.
