I wanted to Thank Annelise for taking my order and not making me use the kiosk thingy. I've had a bad experience with them and refuse to use them any more.
They still have the best classic tacos. And their apple empanadas are amazing!
Had a bad night and went to Taco Bell to eat my feelings but AJ brightened my whole mood. She was so nice and funny and skipped the whole “customer service robot” and felt like a real person. She did charge me for an extra 12 pck of cinnamon bites that I didn’t order, but she gave me an extra baja blast when they accidentally made two so it all turned out okay

Taco Bell is a cozy store with good food, although poorly made. The service is always fantastic and decent but not outstanding. The music in the lobby adds to the enjoyable experience. The staff's attitude can be indifferent, but some employees are super kind and helpful with awesome customer service skills. Despite initial doubts, Taco Bell has become a go-to breakfast spot. It's a great place for picky eaters and offers good customer service. The food is amazing and hot, but they could keep the lobby cleaner.
