My mom likes Ruben’s and it is was ok. The chips and salsa were really good, but too spicy for my mom. We both wanted guacamole but again it was too spicy for her, this time. I love Pollo ala Crema, but with all of the mushrooms, (I like mushrooms) this was my least favorite Pollo ala Crema I have ever tried. Stick to the cheese enchiladas, beans and rice.

The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was good.

The owner visits his place frequently to ensure that everything from stem to stern meets his standards. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Mexican foods although it is a bit less spicy for us Gringos!

Fantastically flavorful meal. Generous portions and fair prices. Service and atmosphere matched the food. We were just passing through Brigham City but would definitely return when coming this way again.
