Perry Ice has the best snow cones ever had and best flavors and combos. The shaved ice is fluffy but doesn't dissolve instantly like others, and it is best ice. The price is decent for snow cones but the shaved ice is WAYYY overpriced, though good for a cheap size of your head. The place has closed, bad timing here.
