I am a long time pass holder. I bought a night skiing lift ticket for my daughter at 4:30pm. We left at 4:45pm attracted by Brighton's comm on how much snow they got. "it's magical!" they said. Well it is 8:49 pm and still haven't made it to the resort. I understand parking management is to blame for what's happening. still Brighton let's people buy lift tickets when they know precisely that people won't make it to the resort. I think Brighton is going to do something about this situation, right? Right?
I’m not a big fan of leaving a bad review, but it’s necessary.
Worst bbq that I ever tried. Dry chewy pulled pork, really bad ribs same as a sausage. All sides( beans coleslaw) are not good either. For 35$?! Never again

Really good ski lodge food! Unlike a lot of other resorts, the food is actually really good! It's pretty reasonably priced too, at least for ski resort fare. They have a wide variety of options, more so than a lot of other places. My only complaint would be that there isn't much indoor seating, so it gets really really crowded during mealtimes.

As far as ski lodges go, the Alpine Rose at Brighton is pretty pedestrian. It does do the job, though, if you need a break for food and drinks while out on the slopes. We thought the food was solid. The lodges needs updated though.

Food from the kitchen is trash. Stale fries for $9. Dining area on one side smells like piss.

The curry and lentil soup is the best. It's a ski resort so the prices are high but not to bad. Service was fast and friendly.

Yummy and reasonable price
I understand the raised prices at the resort but this is another level, the food quality is ablolutly terrible. If im paying $14 for a basic cheese burger they could at least try to heat it up on the grill properly. All the patties are pre-cooked in this pizza oven style oven and is sitting there all cold for the next customer. When you order the burger they put it on the actual grill with the cheese pre-cooked and already melted for 1 min then put it in a cold bun, bon appetit! The $8 sliced cheese pizza is literally a thin cracker with melted cheese. The crust is so thin and rock hard you can throw it like a frisbee and still be in tack when lands. The pizza was cold as well. At least they offer cups for the water fountain. Now i understand why people tail gate here.
Parking: The online parking reservation needs a major overhual. You can never get a reservation, its always says none avaliable.

It’s ski lodge food at ski lodge prices. We got the hamburger and bratwurst. Not disgusting but also nothing amazing.

The beef stew is homemade and hearty. The bun on the cheese burger is dry. The fries are ok but they have several sauces. The pizza is ok. Bratwurst is …
