Milly Chalet at Brighton Resort

It used to be a nice place to sit down and take a break with counter service food and snacks. Now, it s a sit-down full service restaurant and you can't sit inside unless you are ordering/eating a full meal there. This takes away so much indoor seating from people who just want to take a quick break or grab a quick snack.

Service was extremely slow, not because it was busy but because the staff was chatting with each other. Food had clearly been sitting for a long time once it manage to arrive.

PEANUT ALLERGEN WITH NO WARNING BEWARE!!!

I came here with a group on January 18th and ordered the garlic chili broccolini. I read the menu and it stated that the ingredients are garlic, chili, furikake, an egg, shallot, and the broccolini. Imagine my horror when I bit directly into a peanut. This peanut was not crushed up and used as a garnish, the peanut was whole and mixed in with whatever chili oil they were using on the broccolini. I flagged the waitress down who told me it was an onion, after I insisted that it was not, she verified with the kitchen that it was indeed a peanut.

As someone with a severe peanut allergy, I am usually really good about reading ingredients or avoiding certain foods that I know often contain peanuts. This was a huge surprise to me. My throat became constricted and I had to go to the bathroom to vomit profusely.

This NEEDS to be on the menu. There NEEDS to be a warning and the waitress should know if there is an allergen in the food. She claimed that she told a manager, but one never stopped by the table. I am very disappointed in the way that this was handled.

Why on earth is there sit down table service dining at Brighton? No one wants to take that much time out of their ski day.

It's a great place to grab a beer after a great day 🎿 🏂🗻. Thanks to Brighton for opening Milly's lift in the afternoon and to the nice person serving drinks who chatted with my daughter about this side of the mountain. I look forward to our next trip! You can't beat the vibe on Milly’s side of the mountain!

What a tremendous experience being able to DJ a wedding here at the Chalet. The service offered by Tiffany and Quincy was by far one of the greatest I've had to work alongside. Everything tasted good kudos to the chef. Everything ran smoothly everything was nice and clean and the bride and groom had a tremendous time I hope to be able to be back here again Beijing another amazing party chef's kiss to all of the Brighton employees that helped make tonight awesome

We went here for brunch on a Sunday and the food was absolutely amazing! Best meal I've had in a long time!! If you are in the area, and they are serving brunch (seasonal) you MUST go!!

This is a great place for weddings with beautiful mountain scenery. The staff set up chairs on the mountain for the ceremony and we set up our DJ booth on the patio. The staff served dinner which was excellent. Had a super fun dance party and it was a vibe.

The wait staff is very nice and considerate with custom orders, but unfortunately the food is overpriced and not very good. I think I even got food poisoning from their salad that has been persistent for days after eating there. The bartender messed up a simple drink order and I personally don't think the booze were very high quality for the price we paid. A good place for a one time occasion, but definitely not a place I would ever visit again. Thanks for the stomach bug!

Great food, wish there was more seating

The waiters were so kind and the Wagu Burger was delicious and the brussle sprouts were so yummy ! The Cheesecake made it AMAZING! Thank you Milly Chalet!

I was very surprised to see this was now a full service restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding expectations. Only drawback was that it was quite slow.

By far the best place to eat while skiing in Brighton/solitude. Real food, more reasonably priced than all the other places on the mountains
