This is a favorite stop for lunch after skiing either Brighton or Solitude. The Silver Fork is located in the upper part of the Big Cottonwood Canyon, UT a little way down the canyon from Solitude ski area. They have a nice variety of beer on tap and their food is great. My favorite is the bison burger. Stop by and enjoy a little apres ski.
It is an old building with a lot of charm. There are a bunch of little rooms off the main dining room that are pretty cool. Take a look around. We have not stayed there or looked at any of the rooms that are available for lodging. But it is in a great location if you are skiing Brighton or Solitude. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend.

Horrible food with an attitude. You make more money treating customers nice to earn a good tip rather than being nasty. Food was so salty and not cooked correctly. They did take it off the bill but I didn't want a replacement that they might spit on. Go away, not today. Sub par

This is a restaurant and not a bar. Don't expect to come here for just drinks - even though the description calls it a "restaurant/bar" and the menu references "full bar". The people were friendly and the patio was nice.

Where we were staying this was really the only option for dinner out. It’s a cute side of the road type of place. The staff was great and very friendly. Because it’s so small there was a wait to be seated and a wait for the food. We were on vacation so that wasn’t a big deal at all. The food is the only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars. The food isn’t bad, but it is average at best. Some places we would drive out of our way for, but this wouldn’t be one of them. The over all experience was good but nothing to rave about. If you’re staying in the area and don’t want to make dinner yourself, then this would still be a place to go check out.

*Bianca was fantastic and we hear she is moving to FL!

We love taking a trip up the canyon to Enjoy a breakfast/ lunch on the Silver Fork Lodge back deck. The Scenery is beautiful, it's like dining in a tree house. It is especially beautiful in fall. One of our favorite menu items is the Bananas foster French toast. It is so rich so great to share, or honestly they should serve it for dessert!

The restaurant is cute but the food is not worth it. We tried their breakfast. Eggs Benedict was fully cooked and the hollandaise sauce was ok, pancakes tasted like plastic, the Denver omelet was veggies with an egg on top and not cooked like a normal omelet. I’m sure their lunch menu is better but we were not impressed. Service was good.

Come for the great views. The service was okay. The food is terrible. The burger I got was under cooked and not anything good. The wife got the meatloaf. She said it tasted like a crappy frozen meatloaf and they took two slices of it and put it in the microwave. Definitely not a place we will be coming back too.

Incredible service really top notch. Jonathan is a top G of a waiter. Very solid experience.

Love the burgers the wings were decent too. Can’t go wrong with the breakfast.

The bartender is great as well, really worth a stop before or after skiing or maybe both!

If you are visiting stay here to beat the traffic on a powder day!
