Cowboy Ranch House Bar & Restaurant offers a great atmosphere and tasty food. The ribs and tri-tip were delicious, while the sides like baked potato and sweet potato fries were decent. The rib eye and roasted chicken were perfectly cooked, with slightly undercooked veggies. The service was friendly, with attentive staff, although it was a bit slow at times. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition and better than typical hotel options. The bar side had a nice, chill vibe, while the family side was brighter with more lighting. The chili and Caesar salad were solid choices with good portions. Guests appreciated the farm-to-table feel, especially the fresh squash, and noted the vegetarian options were helpful. The restaurant also had TVs showing both the KC Royals and KC Chiefs games, which made for a fun experience. Despite some minor flaws, this place is worth a visit for a good meal and friendly service.
