The food was very good! I'm a sucker for fried rice. I had scallops and shrimp(Hibachi section)?? My wife sashimi and sushi combo. The onion soup was a gift and the pot stickers were beautifully prepared. I recommend Ninja Japanese Steakhouse to everyone. See you next Friday????

I loved my first experience here in 2023. Maybe my tastes have changed. At any rate, it must not be the easiest location for fresh fish. But it tasted funny this time around. The sushi rolls had a dirty fountain drink like flavor. (Corona roll and pink something roll)
My other issue is that their “yakisoba” noodles are actually udon noodles. It makes the menu unconventional.

VERY surprised Utah (middle of nowhere) Cedar City has such a great sushi restaurant! Very fresh salmon and yellowtail (fresh smelling yellowtail is the HARDEST to find)and generous size/portion. Impressed!
