First off, their incompetent new app hardly ever works, and when it does you have to type in your email address and password 3!!! times before it registers. I've done this multiple times over the past 2 months, so it's not a one time issue. Why can't they get their app working like every other restaurant out there? Cafe Rio and most other similar eateries have apps that work well: you click on the app, it knows who you are (you don't have to remember and type in your password)...read full review
