The restaurant has a perfect ambiance, is clean and organized, and provides excellent service from polite servers. Although there is no baby changing station in the bathroom, the staff is kind and patient with families. Recommended dishes include the Miso soup, Nigiri plate, Spicy Salmon Tartar, Meat lovers roll, Vegas roll, Double Salmon, and Power roll. The atmosphere is inviting, with some cool enclosed booths, and while service can be slow at times, it is usually fast. Overall, Fuji Sushi provides an excellent dining experience that will keep customers coming back.
