The past few months the Clearfield location has really gone down hill!
They've gotten our order wrong almost every time we've gone there. We just went tonight and the nuggets are inedible! They're burnt and look disgusting. We took them back and showed them and were told that's how they all looked because the oil was too hot. They wouldn't give us a refund and would only give us 2 more nuggets for free that were as equally inedible and gross.
all our food was cold by the time we got home two miles away. You could tell fries had been sitting around cold and hard. 😠😡
Worker did not know how to work the credit card machine (was putting the card in backward). The machine, of course, said card declined. Worker refused to try card a different way and refused to listen but Instead made incredibly rude comments about not being a bank and how we must be trying to rip them off. We tried multiple cards (from multiple accounts with more than ample balances to cover)but the worker insisted that they were swiping it correctly (they weren’t) so none...read full review
