It's either we get good service and food or not. There have been a few times I've gone where they were out of things like a soda flavor, napkins, or ketchup.
The food was barely warm and the service was well barely there.

McDonald's offers amazing and cheap food, with the Hot n’ Spicy McChicken being a favorite. The app offers great deals, making it a popular choice. The employees are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. The fries and Coke are always satisfying. The food comes out great and tastes great. There is great seating and decorations. The service can be slow and there can be long waits, but the employees are working hard.
