I always order the same thing and today was the first time I was asked if I wanted raspberry syrup or puree which I appreciate the clarification so much! I felt so taken care of and the girl in the buckys hat made my day! today I had the experience I’ve ever had at a swig.“

“My family arrived as a large group (6+ people) during a lunch rush to celebrate a sibling's new job. The staff was quick with our orders and the space was perfect for a small family celebration. They have plenty of seating and a fun fooze ball table.

There was a mix up with my order. But the employees were awesome and quickly made me another smoothie. They let me keep the original incorrect smoothiewhile replaced it with the correct order. The staff was extremely kind and understanding despite a large rush of customers for lunch.

My family and I are regulars at the location and have been before. Because of their exceptional service I wanted to share that we will continue to patronize Boba Break! We are grateful for their service and delicious boba!“

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“

After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

“I took my daughter out to a treat at her favorite place for some boba and she ended up getting frustrated because the drink lid wasn't sealed, making it hard for her to mix it. One employee noticed her struggle and immediately made her a new drink, an extra free one for me and gave her a promotional gift card without hesitation. “At first, they missed something in my drink and I did the survey to mention it. I thought no one would care about it but eventually they did take it seriously and respond me back with email. Surprised.

I do recommend them as they have the options to adjust the sweetness and also the ice. A bit pricey compared to other boba shops but it’s good to have it once in awhile

“We had great boba drinks. With only us there, the service was awesome and quick, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It is pretty large (for a boba place) tucked in the corner of a small mall. I considered decor little cold and boring (uninteresting black tables and chair) but place has enough room to accommodate sofa’s/ arm chairs or more comfortable and more inviting seating.“

Most places it’s illegal to post one price and charge another but it seems like common deceptive practice lately. Please don’t up your prices until you put the effort in to change your price board.“

They had chopsticks and also used forks and such for their dishes.
